In the commitment to modernize the space and allure new, high-end tenants, the renovation incorporated the installation of Eco-Line pavers in Granite Fusion around the drop-off area. These permeable plank pavers bestow a contemporary linear aesthetic as residents and guests approach the building. A total of over 5,000 square feet of pavers were installed to elevate the building’s exterior, harmonizing it with the modern and luxurious ambiance of its interior.
The wider joints on the permeable pavers allow rapid infiltration of water, and aid in reducing the heat island effect, while not having to compromise on aesthetics.
