U-Cara^® Modular System

The U-Cara Modular Wall System is comprised of precision manufactured lightweight aluminium frames paired with U-Cara fascia panels, delivering structural strength without the unnecessary mass. This system streamlines the design process of freestanding vertical elements such as grill islands, eliminating the need for heavy backer blocks or traditional masonry units. The lightweight composition of the U-Cara Modular Wall System makes it ideal for projects such as roof decks and other elevated spaces where load capacity is a critical consideration. “Load capacity” refers to the maximum weight a structure or surface can safely support, accounting for permanent building materials as well as variable factors like occupants, furnishings, and environmental loads. By minimizing the weight of the vertical feature itself, the U-Cara Modular Wall System helps designers meet load capacity requirements while achieving the desired aesthetic and functional intent.

Designed for flexibility, the U-Cara Modular Wall System supports a wide range of freestanding vertical features, including standalone bar tables, grill islands, outdoor kitchens, planters, and fire tables. The U-Cara Modular System is completed with interchangeable U-Cara Fascia Panels that define the wall face. Available in many of the same finishes and colors as our Unilock pavers and slabs, they offer the design flexibility to bring your vision to life and create a cohesive look from flatwork to verticals. Each finish offers a distinct texture to achieve any desired aesthetic and the color options open the door for further creative expression. You can use different textures and colors to incorporate patterns, inlays and texture changes. The U-Cara Panels bring the aesthetics to the function of the modular system.
