IBI Group prepared a comprehensive Renewal Plan for Fennel Campus in Hamilton, Ontario. The plan provided direction for the growth with a redefined circulation network, landscape and open space with an overall sense of place. Designed to make the entire campus a more welcoming place to live and learn while keeping in mind its sustainability goals. Thornbury was chosen for its aesthetic and permeability for the main outdoor square while Eco-Priora was used in the roadways.
