One Wells Avenue is an 85, 788-square-foot property housing mainly William James College. The commercial office building fronts onto an elegant landscaped boulevard featuring stone walls, benches, lush planters and tall trees. Beacon Hill Flagstone was used for the paved pathway leading up to the building entrance. Creating a subtle surface design with its warm and soft blended colors, the pavers add to the relaxed and welcoming feel of the entryway and compliment the surrounding landscapes.
