Eastside Bond is a Condominium Complex located at the renovated East Liberty transit stop in Pittsburgh. The complex includes 350 apartments, 12000sf of amenity space, directly adjacent to two heavy freight lines and public transit. The landscape and architectural design ensures a seamless approach to pedestrian connectivity, maximizing retail value and frontage through a series of interconnected spaces. The complex also has easy access to the city’s network of bike paths, leading to many different riding destinations. The interconnected walkways and crosswalks were paved with the Umbriano® and Il Campo® creating smooth and linear appeal to complement the modern architecture. Unilock Natural Stone was chosen for the balconies fulfilling the right aesthetic balance and slim profile required.
