500 Totten Pond Road at CityPoint

CBA Landscape Architects LLC

Waltham, MA

500 Totten Pond Road at CityPoint is the first major mixed-use office and retail development project built in the Boston suburbs. It combines sought after restaurant and retail options, high performance workspace and a highly visible location to create a perfect fit for its tenants.

An inviting carefully arranged entrance accommodates employees and delivery trucks with light bollards that define and illuminate the different spaces. Raised granite planters and the paving design of the sidewalks further differentiate between pedestrian and vehicular space and bring green to the front of buildings. Three colors of Umbriano® form a unique geometric pattern for the ground plane featuring the green zone and walkway and office entrance.
