Located in one of the country’s most affluent corridors, Clarksburg Premium Outlets is an upscale outlet shopping centre built and designed as a prime retail destination attracting visitors from across the region and serving as a gathering place for many local events. The two-story, 392,000-square-foot development features a Market Hall community space with covered walkways, play areas, spacious courtyards, fountains and custom art. The designer, STUDIO tla Landscape Architects (formerly Terraplan), and owner, Simon Group, chose a combination of Artline Platform with Smooth Premier finish, Bristol Valley and Rectangles in Umbriano finish to create the stunning visual design of the landscaped promenade surrounded by extensive green islands and planters. Placing an emphasis on developing a pedestrian-oriented community, this beautiful commercial environment will contribute to the area’s growth for years to come.
