180 Wells Avenue is a suburban office building located in the Wells Avenue Executive Park in Newton, Massachusetts. As part of the ongoing development within the N2 Innovation District, the building has been revitalized with recent renovations to the exterior facade and common areas, as well as extensive landscaping around the perimeter. The office complex features new modern amenities, including a courtyard with fire pits and state-of-the-art integrated seating, roof decks and terraces. Unilock’s Umbriano® in three colors, French Grey, Grenada White and a custom dark grey, were used to create a sleek modern design for the outdoor seating area, complementing the floor-to-ceiling glass curtain wall facade and maintaining the minimalist, contemporary feel of the office development.
