U-cara^® Backer

The U-Cara Backer is the structural backbone of the U-Cara Multi-Face Wall System, enabling the creation of single- or double-sided vertical elements such as walls, planters, fire features, and more. Each block features molded horizontal Sure Track® rails that securely support U-Cara Fascia Panels, unlocking design flexibility through a wide range of color, pattern, and texture combinations.

Unilock meets and exceeds: ASTM C1372 - Standard Specifications for Dry-Cast Segmental Retaining Wall Units using test methods conforming to ASTM C1262 for Freeze Thaw Durability <1.5% and ASTM C140 for Compressive Strength > 3000psi and Absorption <7lb/ft2. NCMA Zone 3 Recommendations for de-icing salt exposure with Compressive Strength >5500 psi. Sheer strength test data available per ASTM D6916 and ASTM 6638 with geosyntheic reinforcement upon request.
