One East Delaware is a luxury high-rise condo development in Chicago’s high-profile Gold Coast neighborhood. Completed in 1898, the building changed ownership several times before it underwent a complete and much-needed facelift to its apartments and amenities package in 2016. The renovations and upgrades included a beautifully landscaped outdoor terrace with a new exterior canopy and paving surface. Offering an exciting water feature, sundeck with a fire pit, cabanas and grilling stations, the expansive roof deck managed to maximize functionality without compromising space and aesthetics. Pappageorge Haymes Partners provided landscape design on the site and used Unilock Arcana™ slabs for the roof deck surface.
