This 47-space permeable parking lot was built in downtown Glen Ellyn, Illinois with the help of a METRA (Metropolitan Rail Corporation) grant. The Town Hall™ pavers were selected not just for their permeability, but also for their historic aesthetics, conforming to the Comprehensive Downtown Plan for the village. According to village records, the over 14,000 square feet of pavers fit the recommendation to develop a “sustainable parking lot prototype”.
