Segmental Retaining Walls
Founded in 1901, the Niagara Falls Country Club is a family-oriented, upscale private country club and golf course. Nestled atop the Niagara Escarpment, the club offers its members gorgeous views of nearby towns, including Niagara-on-the-Lake, St. Catharines and Toronto. Driven by the need to maintain its standing as a premier location and golf facility in the Niagara County and beyond, an investment to enhance the site was made to meet the demands of its growing membership and improve the overall member experience.
In addition to its tennis facilities and scenic pools, the club now features a beautiful patio designed with a focus on creating the perfect outdoor dining and lounging experience. The patio was remodelled and expanded to include elevated seating areas, flower planters and light fixtures, as well as two fire pits. Combinations of Richliff and Copthorne were chosen for the surface due to their unique textures, as they purposefully create a time-worn, distressed appearance. While the Rivercrest Wall was used to create the elevated and extended patio spaces adding to the relaxing atmosphere and panoramic views.
