The New Albany phase of the Preserve Crossing development in northeast Columbus included the creation of a new neighborhood of single-family and attached townhomes with amenities including 36 miles of leisure trails and 2000 acres of parkland. Multifamily developer Lifestyle Communities Ltd. focused on creating a shared green space that would shape the community and bring people together.
