Sixth Street Mews

Sixth Street Mews

Edward Cos

Columbus, OH

As part of its Neighborhood Launch, a new condo and apartment community had emerged in downtown Columbus. What began with a vision of a unique neighborhood with parks, tree-lined boulevards and lots of pedestrian-friendly space, developed into 6th Street Mews condos, a housing development that spans nine city blocks, revitalizing the surrounding street corridors by eliminating parking lots and dull asphalt streetscapes. Inspired by historic English coach houses, the condo development features brick facades, wrought iron fencing and decorative corbeling, as it overlooks a stunning central courtyard. Enclosed by green islands of shrubs and small trees, the traditional herringbone paving design with Copthorne® is combined with the elegant Courtstone® cobbles complementing the landscape, defining the spaces and creating beautiful paved pathways for the condo residents to a vibrant neighborhood.
