Peabody’s Interiors is one of the largest high-end interior design firms in the Midwest. Custom-built in Brown Deer, WI, the home of Peabody’s; Deerwood Studios, is a beautiful, 25,000 sq. ft. space shared with Wade Weissmann Architecture. Designed by Weissmann and the late interior designer Jon Schlagenhaft, the combined office and showroom provides a stunning environment where clients can go and be inspired.
The exterior of the studio, designed by Breezy Hill, complements the beautiful and charming interior. A courtyard is situated at the back of the building to provide Peabody’s designers with a little bit of peace and quiet on busy days and is a place where they can go to get inspiration while designing. The space features a central pond and water feature surrounded by a cobblestone patio. Unilock Courtstone pavers were chosen for the paving surface by virtue of their authentic cobblestone appearance and elegance that is true to old-world European-style courtyards.
The design of the building and courtyard lends itself to being a venue for hosting events from art exhibitions and fundraisers to community events, design lectures, and other social occasions.
