Located in the beautiful River North neighborhood and across from East Bank Club, the Hubbard Condominium roof deck provides occupants with an inviting atmosphere crafted with comfortable seating areas, an outdoor kitchen, dive-in pool, and delightful mixed gardens – making a perfect place to relax and interact with friends and family. Designer, Daniel Weinbach and Partners had the opportunity to construct the Hubbard’s roof deck using Umbriano®, Il Campo®, Series™ pavers and Pisa Reversible® garden walls. The paving colors, textures lead the user through the space and define zones creating a visually appealing environment. The roof deck now provides a beautiful space where residents can relax by the pool, hang out with friends and family or cook a delicious meal at the outdoor kitchen.
