Fashion House Condominium

Fashion House Condominium

Core Architects

GH3

Toronto, ON

Located on King Street West among numerous upscale retailers, trendy studios, and urban eateries, Fashion House is a modern condo development that celebrates the area’s heritage as Toronto’s Fashion District. The glass construction features fashion-forward designs and unique architecture, while offering stunning views of the city skyline. The development fronts onto a public space with housing retail and restaurants on the ground level and a thoroughfare that connects Morrison and King streets.

Eco-Priora was used for the paved permeable streetscape, and its warm colors play on the striking lipstick-red window coverings of the building’s exteriors, while the permeable pavers allows for rainwater to infiltrate the subgrade. Raising the bar for architecture in the city core, Fashion House and the surrounding streetscape enhance the character of this downtown neighbourhood.
