Located in Cambridge’s North Point district, this mixed-used building was developed for Education First and its Hult International Business School. The 12-story building offers top-notch student housing and educational, office and retail space. The project also includes an outdoor area featuring a fitness course, pedestrian pathways, and a green flex field for soccer games and other programable activities. The ground floor of the building is devoted to public uses, including a gym and fitness center, a bike room and a gathering space that extends into an outdoor plaza with seating.

Zen Associates designed this contemporary entrance and outdoor plaza with Artline™ pavers using the Umbriano® finish in Winter Marvel. The rich grey color and long, clean lines of this paving style plays off of the linear facade of the Hult Building. Ideal for this high-traffic pedestrian area, the Umbriano® finish provides a rich, mottled granite appearance, with EasyClean® Technology for ease of maintenance along with a non-slip texture. This dynamic public space and common area is utilized by all for socializing, studying, relaxing and enjoying the urban outdoors.
