Balliol Condominiums

gh3

Toronto, ON

Located in the heart of Davisville Village, this midtown Toronto rental complex offers a myriad of contemporary building amenities, including outdoor roof decks, resident lounges, and fitness centres. The outdoor/exterior ground level landscaping connects the high-rise and its Balliol Street frontage, with a series of columns extending from the lower facade and complementing the building’s sleek design, as well as lush green elements paired with concrete benches and bicycle racks. Designed by landscape architect gh3, the front courtyards serve the residents and pedestrians, as well as cars driving up to the entrance. Town Hall® was used for its distressed, time-worn appearance to create the unique grey paver pattern of the building front, reflecting both modern and classic designs, and adding to the greatly improved street level experience.
