The 6^th floor resident lounge connects to an urban garden terrace, featuring outdoor kitchens, fire patios and ornamental flower planters. The roof deck allows for both intimate and large social gatherings, evening strolls through the ample green space, and offers expansive views of the downtown streetscape. Umbriano® in Midnight Sky was used to create the contemporary design of the roof terrace, as its mottled surface that looks like granite and dramatic, large slabs connect the outdoor amenity space with the curved glass tower façade of this upscale urban housing.
