Hullmark Plaza

Hullmark Plaza

The MBTW Group

Toronto, ON

Hullmark Plaza is located at the corner of Yonge Street and Sheppard Avenue in front of the Hullmark Centre, which includes two prestigious condominium towers, numerous offices, and retail services. While the impressive geometry of the high-rise complex adds grace to the North York skyline, some of the finest elements of this project are situated on the ground level. The vibrant urban plaza features a wide sidewalk providing a large space for pedestrians, as well as granite planters and benches. Not only does its simple and elegant design interact well with the energetic and modern surroundings, it also enlarges the corner of the busy intersection and prevents the high-rise building from completely overshadowing the street. The MBTW Group used Il Campo® paver to create an inviting detailed look, as three different colors were used to create unique geometric patterns on the pedestrian-friendly street.
