CHALLENGE

The Cornell Community Center is located in Markham, Ontario, just east of Markham Stouffville Hospital. In the year of 2012, Cornell opened its doors to the public. This fascinating community center features education programs, fitness classes, community and accessibility. The project had an aspiration to design with richly detailed shapes to compliment the building and surrounding green infrastructure and also comply with ADA guidelines.

SOLUTION

Designers, The MBTW Group, chose Il Campo pavers to complete the desired look. Il Campo is designed with irregular etched lines that creates a contemporary brushed outcome. Its striking detail is both inviting and intriguing. yet it measures up to ADA guidelines.
