Citizen Linden is a four-story, luxury multi-family complex that exudes sophistication and easy-living. The eastern courtyard is designed to be a lively and active space with plenty of seating areas, a fire table, dining areas, private grilling areas, a pool table, and a living room area that integrates an outdoor television. Both of these amenity spaces are located on the first floor of the building above an underground parking garage, requiring the use of pedestals for the installation of the courtyard paving slabs. Alongside sections of wood decking, Skyline slabs were the material of choice for this project. The large format, square size, as well as the stack bond pattern in which they are laid perfectly suit the pedestal application. The Smooth Premier finish of these slabs delivers the added benefit of superior durability with a wear-resistant surface for a brilliant paver color that will last for years to come. The color selection of Steel Mountain and Natural contrast each other nicely, help delineate the usage of space, and seamlessly play off of similar hues found in the architecture’s façade.
