As the town of Erie welcomed the new Cobblestone Hotel & Suites in its area, a major concern was developing the perfect site for the project. Built against a backdrop of modest green space, there was a need to effectively utilize the limited area, maximizing functional space for a large parking lot, drive-in and the hotel itself. As an attractive alternative to poured-in-place concrete, DuraHold® was used to create a segmental retaining wall outlining the hotel’s premises. Designed for complex commercial landscape applications, this wall system offers immense structural stability without requiring extensive maintenance.
